Residential New Build
We have a long history of building new homes over many decades, and have been recognised with The Federation of Master Builders’ ‘New House Builder’ award. We continue to construct high quality exceptionally finished, bespoke houses that our clients make their homes
We have worked in joint ventures with land owners to develop plots for themselves or for sale. We also purchase land for development.

With previous experience of managing over 50 properties for a local Estate Agent in the Skipton area, we have the means to cover your maintenance requirements. Re-pointing, gutter clearing and repairs, roof repairs, paving repairs and all garden work are aspects we regularly help our clients with.
About Procter Property
We are a Father and Son team at Procter Property. Gary founded the company in 2009 and immediately went on to win an award from the Federation of Master Builders. With over 40 years’ experience in construction, Gary has a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of projects. In 2015 Sam joined the company, continuing the long history the Procter family have with construction. He completed his HND in Construction Management at Leeds College of Building in 2020 and is now Managing Director of the company, leading Procter Property into the next phase of its existence against the ever changing backdrop of the construction industry.
We offer a friendly, hands on approach with all projects, enjoying an enviable reputation for quality. We use local tradesmen and suppliers at a competitive price with particular attention to a safe, clean, tidy working environment.
We are often not the cheapest, but we operate a full team of tradesmen that have worked for us for many years and ensure all projects are delivered on time in the shortest possible timeframes. We also carry comprehensive insurances and invest heavily in equipment, vehicles & plant for total reliability.
