Woodlands Drive – Skipton
Federation of Master Builders Award Winner
This stunning 5-bedroom detached home in Skipton was Gary’s first project with Procter Property and earned him the Federation of Master Builders’ ‘New House builder of the Year’ Award. Working closely with the architect, the house made use of innovative design features and materials, with beautiful attention to detail on the external stonework and overall finish
Arbour House – Addingham
Arbour House in the village of Addingham was a challenging single plot on the main street, overcoming various site challenges we constructed an attractive 4 bedroom detached house with the original garden walls providing a wonderful contrast between old and new.
Primrose Lodge – Skipton
Primrose Lodge was created from the renovation of an existing large double garage storage building in the conservation area of Skipton Woods. The end-product gives the building a new lease of life and is now a beautiful holiday home for our client, set in scenic woodland in the shadow of Skipton Castle
Landscaping Projects
We have carried out many different types of landscaping projects over the years. The project featured here won an award from Ilkley Civic Society for constructing this attractive two-tiered terrace on the Grove in Ilkley, West Yorkshire. Devonshire Place – Skipton
Procter Property acquired 1 Devonshire Place in Skipton late in 2015. Works to renovate the old 1800’s warehouse into offices and stores meant taking the interior back to the stone shell of the building to create functional spaces with maximum light. We worked hard to retain the original features of the historical building, much to the delight of the English Heritage charity for preservation of historically important buildings.
